DMT (Dye Mix Trolley) series

The DMT is specially developed for filling mixture pods of the Red Arrows Hawk aircraft. The DMT provides the following functions:

  • Two separate dye mixing systems, each consisting of reservoir, electrical pump and by-pass hand-pump
  • Self powered with diesel driven generator and electrical power supply: 230 Volt – 50 Hz.

Calibration equipment

To verify the hydraulic settings of our GSE products, we offer compact and portable test sets: the TTS-75 (75 liters/min) and TTS-200 (200 liters/min). These tools enable maintenance personnel to efficiently perform routine verification tasks on hydraulic carts or multi functional carts, including:

  • Checking the differential pressure switches of the low and high-pressure filters
  • Verifying the accuracy of pressure gauges, flow indicators, and temperature readings
  • Supporting fault diagnosis and troubleshooting

MFASS® series washing module

Multifunctional, self-powered washing module which provides:

  • Engine compressor wash
  • Fuselage washing
  • De-icing
  • Nitrogen servicing.

AA-GIO® stand alone

For the final flight check after hydraulic maintenance the AA-GIO® integrated gas-in-oil detection system can also be supplied as a stand alone unit for the already available hydraulic ground power unit.
