Your Role: Quality in Every Bolt and Wire
This isn't a desk job. This is work where you can see and feel the result:
- Assembly: You assemble mechanical parts, modules, and complete systems.
- Precision: You work on detailed components where accuracy is non-negotiable.
- Technical Insight: You read technical drawings and turn them into functioning systems.
- Quality Control: You perform functional tests and ensure everything meets strict standards.
- Problem Solving: If something isn't right, you fix it. You think along with us to improve our products.
You Are the Professional (or Future Professional) We Need
We value experience, but we value attitude even more.
- Background: You have a solid technical foundation (MBO Level 3 or 4, or equivalent).
- Experience vs. Potential:
o Experienced: You know assembly inside out and understand the importance of working accurately.
o Starting Out: You may not have years of experience yet, but you have a strong desire to learn, a practical mindset, and the discipline to master complex technical tasks. - Attitude: You are practical, proactive, and known for "getting it done." You take ownership of your work and aren't afraid to ask questions to get it right.
- Commitment: You are looking for a permanent position at a stable company where your skills are valued and your contribution makes a difference.

- Salary: Between €3,600 and €4,800 per month, depending on your experience and skill level.
- Time Off: 27 paid vacation days plus 13 additional days (ADV).
